U-n-I Quilts, Quilts Made by You & I

Ferris Wheels on Blue
Summer 2007

Whole cloth quilt stitched with many colors of thread many of which
are fluorescent. Swavorski crystals are added for flash and sparkle
(boy, they took a long time!), and on the binding (after being finished)
Fun Yarn is couched to add a boa effect!

AND

it was displayed at NQA in Columbus, OH June 19-21, 2008
along with the "Phoenix Rising" ensemble wihich was worn by Griffin,
my son, at the AQS show this past April, 2008.
"Phoenix Rising" won 3rd Place! at NQA June '08.
(I am currently working on a Samauri's outfit for 2009.)
